David Beckham’s Moroccan Oasis: Fashion Icon Unveils New Eyewear Collection in Marrakech

It is now a love story between David Beckham and Marrakech. The former English international has traveled to the ochre city to shoot the promotional spot for the autumn-winter 2025 collection of his iconic retro-inspired sunglasses and optical frames line, DB Eye Wear. The former Manchester United player posed in the magnificent setting of a Marrakech riad with ochre walls, "punctuated by basins and fountains singing in the shade of the palm trees". He was seen wearing a light-colored djellaba and a casual elegant suit with his glasses. He was radiant in a pair of geeky-chic glasses with a collarless shirt, reported Daily Mail.

Designed with the Safilo group, a global player in the eyewear industry that has been creating, producing and distributing sunglasses, corrective frames, outdoor glasses, protective glasses and helmets for more than 90 years, the former footballer’s new collection features new silhouettes and high-quality materials. It combines both sunglasses and prescription glasses. The collection is already available in some retailers.
