Luxury Villa Builder Expands from Bali to Morocco, Targets French Buyers

Co-founded in 2017 in Bali by Nicolas Cheneve, Magnitude Construction is expanding its activities to Morocco. It has opened a subsidiary, a duplication of the original company. This company offers a complete end-to-end support to allow its clients to build their little paradise, to invest in the local real estate. From the acquisition of land, the construction of a luxurious villa (with unlimited options) to the possibility of making a rental investment or offering oneself a main residence "whose size, beauty and location offer no comparison with what one can afford on the hexagon", the company has everything to attract investors.

Since 2018, Magnitude Construction has sold more than 600 projects and delivered more than 450 turnkey villas on the island of Bali alone, becoming by far the undisputed leader in this sector of activity in Indonesia. Its success is due to its processes and professionalism. "From Marrakech, the company has endeavored to preserve this DNA that has made its success, a sum of its knowledge (legal, procedural and architectural), its willingness to be transparent and its ability to support personalized projects from A to Z. Strengthened by these two bridgeheads, Magnitude Construction is arming itself with reasonable ambitions: to dream, without risking losing its quality," reports SCP.

Today, Magnitude Construction’s wish is not to set up in other countries (even if the project is not excluded), but to take root even deeper in Bali and Marrakech. It intends to maintain its position as a leader and its status as an expert, to offer ever more specific services and ever greater guarantees of trust. For the time being, it does not have the same great ambitions in North Africa as it has had in Bali, due to its understanding of local procedures and the reality of the real estate market in Marrakech. Its objective: to carry out 40 to 50 projects per year.
