King Mohammed VI to Address Nation on 45th Anniversary of Green March

King Mohammed VI will address Moroccans on Friday evening on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the Green March.
In a brief statement, the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced that the Royal Speech will be broadcast on radio and television at 9:00 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020, reports the MAP.
The Green March is a large peaceful march that left Morocco for Spanish Sahara on November 6, 1975. It was launched by the late King Hassan II and followed by about 350,000 volunteer marchers, mostly poor, and who had only the Quran as their weapon.
