Kickboxing Star Badr Hari Tests Positive for COVID-19, Future Fight in Doubt

Moroccan champion Badr Hari has tested positive for coronavirus. The Moroccan star of kickboxing announced it this Monday, October 19 on his Instagram account.
Since the announcement of his infection, the Moroccan champion has been placed in quarantine and is resting while waiting to recover and resume training. Badr Hari believes he has nevertheless taken all the safety precautions to counter Covid-19 since the beginning of this pandemic. "But unfortunately this contamination occurred. This shows us how much we have to take the virus seriously. Right now, I need to rest and I will resume training as soon as possible," he specified.
This bad news compromises his fight on November 7 with Romanian Benjamin Adegbuyi, ranked second in the heavyweight rankings. If the Moroccan does not recover before the date of the fight, the duel risks being postponed.
