At 26, Kamil Boussatta’s Property Group Reports €750 Million in Transactions
The son of a former Dutch-Moroccan international footballer, Kamil Boussatta runs a property business active from the Netherlands to Dubai. In an October 1 podcast, he discusses his partnership with Lukas Kerrebijn and their ambitions for 2027.

At 14, Kamil Boussatta made up his mind: he would not work in his father’s restaurants. His father is Dries Boussatta, the first player of Moroccan origin to be selected for the Netherlands in 1998. The Dutch federation lists three international appearances, including one against Morocco in 1999, before he moved into the restaurant business.
Kamil recounts this decision on the Dutch podcast Van niets naar iets, which aired on October 1, 2026. After his first work experience, he entered the property business at 22 alongside Lukas Kerrebijn, founder of RD Vastgoed. The company grew, carried out more and more deals, and developed several subsidiaries.
From football to property millions
On its official website, Lukas is described as founder and Kamil as partner and managing director. The group operates in the Netherlands and has developed RD Dubai to support investments in the United Arab Emirates.
In the interview, Kamil cites a striking figure: the group’s companies are said to have been involved in property transactions totaling 750 million euros. This amount represents the cumulative value of the reported deals, distinct from his personal wealth and the company’s revenue.
RD Vastgoed expects revenue of around 30 million euros in 2026. For 2027, the group is targeting 60 million, double that figure, according to projections presented on the show.
The group also has a presence in sport. In 2025, RD Dubai signed a partnership with GLORY Kickboxing, which at the time described Kamil as a co-owner.
The interview also discusses property prospects in Morocco. An entire chapter is devoted to opportunities in the Moroccan market, which the group is considering as part of its expansion.
