Justice Minister Responds to Singer’s Plea: New Measures for Divorced Mothers’ Rights

Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi responded favorably to the call of singer and actress Fati Jamali regarding the rights of divorced mothers, particularly the obtaining of administrative documents for their children.
Divorced women can expect the announcement of new measures in their favor. Fati Jamali says she received a phone call from Fatima Berkane, advisor to the Minister of Justice, who told her that Abdellatif Ouahbi has reacted positively to her message on social networks concerning the problems she has encountered in obtaining administrative documents for her son without the presence of the father, reports Alyaoum24.
"The Ministry of Justice is examining the issue in order to grant divorced mothers the right to decide for their children and to remove administrative obstacles to obtaining a passport or other documents for the children," she added.
Fati Jamali welcomed the consideration of her problem and thanked the minister and his advisor.
