A jewel of Moroccan hospitality among the 100 most beautiful places in the world
TIME magazine has unveiled its 2026 ranking of the 100 most beautiful places in the world. A Moroccan establishment stands out among prestigious sites such as the Grand Egyptian Museum or the future Universal Epic Universe park.
The prestigious TIME magazine has published its annual selection of the "World’s Greatest Places" for 2026. Among the 100 most remarkable destinations and experiences is Jnane Karwan, placing Morocco in this global ranking focused on innovation, excellence and everything considered "new, exciting and relevant".
This international list is interested in both hotels and attractions or cruises. In addition to the Moroccan presence, the ranking highlights monumental projects such as the new Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo and the Epic Universe theme park in Orlando, Florida, which are particularly anticipated this year.
The United Kingdom also stands out with the V&A East Storehouse in London. This new type of museum revolutionizes access to collections thanks to its "Order an Object" system, allowing visitors to closely examine more than half a million historical pieces, in a space reminiscent of an "IKEA warehouse" but with an artistic vocation.
The refined "Maid of Somerset" afternoon tea experience, served in a Pullman-style train car, completes this picture of tourism excellence. These distinctions underline the growing attractiveness of the selected destinations, confirming Morocco’s prominent place in the global high-end travel landscape.
