Jealous Husband Arrested for Ax Murder of Wife in Morocco’s Azilal Region

This mother of a large family, who died of hemorrhage, was the victim of a heinous crime committed by her spouse, who struck her several blows to the head with an ax.

A fit of jealousy would be at the origin of the dispute that broke out between the two spouses, pushing the husband to use his work tool, before realizing that his gesture was fatal.

Arrested by the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie, the individual, having admitted his crime, was placed in custody at the disposal of the investigation, conducted under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
