Israeli Arms Exports Surge 30% Following Morocco Normalization Deal

Since the normalization of relations between Morocco and Israel, Israeli arms exports have been steadily increasing. A 30% increase was recorded last year, thanks in particular to Morocco.
Data from the Defense Ministry’s Directorate of International Defense Cooperation indicates that Israeli military and security exports "jumped 30%" last year, reports Haaretz. According to the Israeli daily, this breakthrough is continuing this year, with particularly high sales volumes to be recorded. Not to mention a long list of huge defense contracts.
This breakthrough in Israeli arms sales is explained by the signing of normalization agreements with four Arab countries, namely the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan, as well as the Russian-Ukrainian war.
