Israel Launches Study to Reclaim Jewish Property in Morocco

As part of the quantitative assessment of the property belonging to Jewish nationals in Arab countries, including Morocco, the Ministry of Social Equality has launched a study project in consultation with the National Security Council.
The detailed conclusions of this report will be presented to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the coming weeks, after consultation with the Security Council, according to the site Rue20.
"This is the beginning of the reparation of a historical injustice, which will allow us to recover the property of hundreds of thousands of Israeli refugees who were wrongfully expropriated," said Gila Gamliel.
The data relating to the property have been divided into several categories, according to the Israeli newspaper Israël Hayom, including land and real estate in the Rif, urban real estate, the value of commercial premises, movable property, Jewish public property, as well as the loss of income and revenue.
