ISIS-Linked Terror Cell Dismantled in Morocco, Advanced Plot Foiled

The elements of the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations (BCIJ) claim that the terrorist cell dismantled early this Friday morning "has reached an advanced stage of preparation of its terrorist projects".
The preliminary investigation reveals that "this terrorist cell has reached an advanced stage of preparation of its terrorist projects, with the recording of a video where it pledges allegiance to the so-called emir of the Islamic state and specifies the general objectives of its terrorist plans," says the BCIJ.
During the searches, the BCIJ elements and crime scene experts came across a Daesh flag, a manuscript containing the text of allegiance to the so-called caliph of the organization, as well as several bladed weapons of various sizes and computer and electronic equipment.
They also proceeded to seize screwdrivers, metal bullets, nails, electrical wires, electronic batteries and chemical products including bags of sulfur and phosphorus and benzene barrels, alcohol bottles used for the manufacture of explosives.
The three individuals arrested are between 21 and 38 years old. One of them, a man with a long criminal record, had stayed in Europe. Another was in contact with one of his relatives who is in the Syrian-Iraqi conflict zone. Two of them are butchers by profession (including the "emir" of this terrorist cell). The third, on the other hand, works as a plumber. They used to hold their meetings in a rented house in Hay Mesdaâ, in the old medina of Tetouan.
