ISIS Condemns Morocco and Polisario Front Amid Western Sahara Conflict

Following the new exchanges of fire between Morocco and the Polisario, the terrorist group Daesh accuses the two parties of apostasy.
The terrorist organization Daesh has, in a letter published in its Al Nabae bulletin, accused Morocco of apostasy "because of the use of religious pretexts to fight against the elements of the Polisario" and past statements by the former imam Mohammed El Fizazi on social networks, reports the site El Español.
Referring to the sermons delivered during the Friday prayers on November 13 and 20 in the "Sahrawi" camps’ mosques, Daesh reproaches the "Sahrawi" preachers for having served religious justifications and for having "used Islamic arguments to encourage young people to participate in the fighting" between Morocco and the Polisario.
Faced with the actions of the Polisario militiamen in the buffer zone of Guergarate in the Moroccan Sahara, King Mohammed VI had ordered a military intervention. The Royal Armed Forces (FAR) had intervened on November 13 to secure the flow of goods and people. They also managed to rout the Polisario militiamen.
