Human Remains Found in Abandoned House Linked to 1999 Cold Case in Morocco

Strange discovery inside the ruins of an abandoned house in the "Boukhnouz" region (suburb of the city of Al Aroui). On Wednesday morning, elements of the National Brigade of the Judicial Police (BNPJ) discovered human bone remains.
The house in which these human bone remains were discovered would have belonged to "extremists," according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN). After locating the said house, the extraction of the human bones was carried out by crime scene experts, the Health Office, all in the presence of local authorities and the deputy prosecutor general of the King in Nador.
The human bone remains extracted from the ruins of this abandoned house would be linked to a voluntary homicide committed in 1999. The victim had disappeared and the theory of an act related to "extremist criminal motives" had been mentioned. Forensic and technical police experts were mobilized to take DNA samples in order to determine the identity of the victim as well as the conditions under which he died.
