Historic Lincoln Hotel in Casablanca to Reopen as Luxury Radisson Collection in 2025

The territorial development group REALITES in charge of the restoration of the future Lincoln Hotel has announced the reopening in 2025. The palace will be branded Radisson Collection.
The Radisson Collection brand is a range of iconic establishments "with an authentic local influence, modern design and a lively social life, positioned as luxury," the group said in a press release.
With a total cost of 330 million dirhams, the renovation work has been entrusted to the Moroccan architect Tarik Oualalou. "With the Lincoln, of which it has acquired the walls and funds, REALITES is preserving an icon of Moroccan heritage. The renovation will preserve the architectural concept of the building, highlighting the authenticity of the place around local know-how," the company said.
An Art Deco neo-Moorish architectural heritage of Casablanca, whose facade is classified as a historic monument, is the first flagship development of the Réalités group in Morocco, the press release adds.
With a floor area of 13,500 m², the 5-star hotel plans 120 rooms and suites spread over three levels. The new building will also offer two restaurants, two bars, a tea room, a coworking space, modular seminar spaces, a spa and a covered parking lot on two basement levels.
