Hirak Leader Zefzafi’s Health Stable, Prison Denies Stroke Claims

The information that the leader of the Hirak movement Nasser Zefzafi suffered a stroke is false, the administration of the local Ain Sebaa 1 prison has just indicated.
Wanting to put an end to these "allegations" published in particular by his father, the administration affirms that the detainee underwent a series of medical examinations, including an MRI and an electroencephalogram, which showed that he suffered from a "minor congenital anomaly".
And to deny that the prison establishment has "concealed" the results of the examinations, accusing his father of false allegations aimed at misleading public opinion. Furthermore, the administration maintains that the results of these examinations have no connection with the conditions of detention.
"In the event of partial paralysis due to a stroke, as reported by some media, the detainee would be unable to remove his clothes or break a desk with his hand as shown by the surveillance cameras," also writes the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR).
