High Commissioner for Planning Clashes with Moroccan Ministers Over Data Sharing

The High Commissioner for Planning, Ahmed Lahlimi Alami, is very upset with certain ministers and officials of the Administration. They would have refused to share data and results of their studies with the HCP.
Moulay Hafid Elalamy is among those against whom the High Commissioner for Planning is said to have vented his anger. The minister would have refused the HCP’s request to communicate certain study results carried out by the department.
A decision which, according to Ahmed Lahlimi, goes against the will of King Mohammed VI who wishes that all the institutions of the Kingdom work in close collaboration.
At the ministry of Moulay Hafid Elalamy, the astonishment is at its peak. Well-informed sources have confided that the ministry has a perfect collaboration with the HCP and that the relationship between the two institutions is excellent.
