Heavyweight Kickboxer Khbabez Suffers Second Defeat to Plazibat in GLORY Rematch

Dutch-Moroccan kickboxer Tarik Khbabez, who competes in the heavyweight category, lost his fight against Croatian Antonio Plazibat on Saturday night.
The two boxers had already faced each other last September and Khbabez had given up in the second round at GLORY 78, thus giving the victory to Plazibat.
On Saturday night, the Dutch-Moroccan kickboxer was supposed to take his revenge in a much-anticipated fight by the public. Unfortunately, his challenger was too strong. Khbabez vainly tried to avoid the blows in the first two rounds, before succumbing in the third round following a violent punch to the face.
The Croat will face the category champion Rico Verhoeven who had already beaten the Moroccan at the end of last year.
