The Regional Human Rights Commission (CRDH) of Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima condemned the hateful and moralistic tracts posted on the facades of businesses or on electricity poles in Tangier on March 28, to incite discrimination and violence against women and girls.
In a statement, the CRDH says it has observed posters in one of the main streets of Tangier, which incite hatred, discrimination and violence against women and girls, urge to limit the freedoms of women and girls in public space, and emphasize that men do not fulfill their duty in terms of prohibition, control and punishment of women.
