Gulf Tourists and Moroccan Women Arrested in Marrakech Prostitution Raid

According to Rue20, elements of the gendarmerie managed, this Wednesday, to apprehend several Khaliji men as well as a number of prostitutes. Specifically, four men, and three women.

Rue20 writes that they were caught in a "shameful situation"... These events took place in Taseltanet. The same source specifies that one of the apprehended tourists is Jordanian but does not mention the nationalities of the other three, simply explaining that they are from Gulf countries.

Around the pool where this whole group had settled, the gendarmerie agents were able to seize a large quantity of alcohol and drugs.

These 7 individuals were taken to the regional headquarters of the gendarmerie in order to further the investigations and draw up the reports before having them appear before the general prosecutor’s office in Marrakech, which will decide what action to take in this case.
