Gulf Royalty Increasingly Choose Morocco for Luxury Retreats and Residences

For several years, Morocco has become a destination of choice for the Gulf emirs. Some even opt for permanent residence, encouraged by the many palaces they have in Morocco.
The latest visit to date is that of Sheikh Marwan bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, president of the land and property districts in the emirate of Umm Al Quwain, who made a stopover in Marrakech and Rabat to visit princes staying in Morocco.
Among his acquaintances, the former Emirati Minister and Advisor to the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates, Mana ben Said el Outaiba, who owns a legendary palace in Marrakech.
Sheikh Marwan bin bin Rashid Al Mu’alla posted photos on Instagram with the chargé d’affaires at the Emirati embassy in Morocco, Said Maher El koutaibi.
Several Emirs from the Gulf countries, owners of palaces, luxury residences and sometimes nature reserves, have recently visited Morocco, such as the brother of the Emir of Qatar, Joaan ben Ahmed Al Thani, who had traveled to Boujdour, and the Personal Advisor to the King of Saudi Arabia, Prince Saud ben Abdel Mouhsine, who had opted for the city of Laâyoune.
