The speech delivered by Amadou Damaro Camara, President of the Guinean Parliament, on the occasion of the closing of the first parliamentary session on Saturday, July 4, 2020, is none other than the one delivered by the late King Hassan II of Morocco, on May 7, 1996 at the French National Assembly.
It took a remark from the famous Guinean satirist "Le Lynx" for us to realize that the President of the National Assembly had plagiarized King Hassan II of Morocco. A large part of the speech of the former sovereign was taken up by the drafters of Amadou Damaro Camara’s speech.
