Glory Lightweight Champ Beztati Retains Title with Knockout Win Over Petch

The reigning Glory lightweight champion, Tyjani Beztati, successfully defended his title in a fight today in Rotterdam. His opponent was Petch, the featherweight champion of the organization, who aimed to win a second title.
The fight started evenly, with the two fighters measuring each other at a distance. Beztati began to take the initiative by launching powerful attacks, forcing Petch to go on the defensive. The Thai managed to hold on and counter with precise blows.
The fourth round was decisive. The Moroccan launched a lightning attack with a spinning kick to Petch’s body, who collapsed to the ground. Although the Thai tried to get up, he was unable to resume the fight.
The referee therefore ended the match, allowing Beztati to retain his title.
