To create this room for maneuver, management has completely restructured the Saint-Exupéry secondary school project, attached to the Rabat-Kénitra hub. Originally valued at 18.5 million euros, the project will ultimately be divided into several phases, with an initial stage costing 12.5 million euros. By maintaining substantial subsidies of 7 million, the organization hopes to limit the immediate impact on household budgets while maintaining its target opening date of 2028. Management is already warning that price inflation will continue inexorably, driven by the explosion in payroll and the assumption of retirement contribution costs for seconded staff. Schools will have to absorb 35% starting in 2026, then half starting in 2027.
