French Paraglider Dies in Tragic Accident in Morocco’s Taroudant Region

While practicing paragliding, his favorite sport, a French tourist died following a free fall in Morocco.
The tragedy occurred in the Taroudant region on Friday, March 6, 2020, reports Barlamane. The victim is a 61-year-old Frenchman. He had specifically come to this region of Morocco to practice his favorite sport, paragliding.
Unfortunately, a technical incident caused a free fall during his first jump. He died on the spot. The tourist’s body was evacuated to the morgue for an autopsy.
For now, an investigation has been opened to shed light on this tragic disappearance.
