French Father Suspected in Deaths of Two Children at Marrakech Hotel

Two children of French nationality were found dead today in the room of a hotel located in an upscale neighborhood of Marrakech. Their father, first declared dead, was actually unconscious.
There is still too much vagueness surrounding this case. While at first the Marrakech police prefecture mentioned the death of three people, all from the same family, it turned out that in reality only two children, aged 9 and 13, had died. The father, aged 72, was unconscious.
Just as at first the investigators leaned towards food poisoning, it was shown that the father had killed his two children before attempting suicide. Two injections in the back would indeed have been discovered by the police.
A retired nurse, the man would have left a farewell letter that was found by the police. His ex-wife, whose nationality is unknown, was questioned by the police.
