French Actor Gérard Lanvin Embraces Moroccan Lifestyle, Citing Affordability and Warmth

Lanvin explains why he has set his sights on Morocco where he owns a house. "There, our house with a garden, a vegetable garden and chickens is worth the price of a 2 square meter in Paris! People smile. I like the smells, cycling in the countryside and the sun is good for morale, skin, as well as knees and shoulders, where I’m starting to hurt. The actor assures that he did not choose to reside in Morocco to evade taxes in France, as some sources seem to imply.
