For retired Moroccans concerned, this document can facilitate trips between Morocco and France. It allows entry to France at any time, without a visa, for stays of a maximum duration of one year. However, this is not a general right granted to all foreign retirees: several conditions must be met.

The applicant must in particular prove that he or she has already resided regularly in France with a resident card, that he or she now lives abroad and that he or she receives a French basic pension. The application can be submitted in France, to the prefecture, or abroad, to the French consular authorities of the country of residence.
