France to Move Morocco to Green Travel List as COVID-19 Risk Decreases

France is about to remove Morocco from the orange zone to place it in the green zone characterized by negligible or moderate circulation of Covid-19.
According to an official French source, Morocco will be on the green list of France as of February 16, 2022, reports Médias24. It groups the countries or territories with negligible or moderate circulation of Covid-19, in the absence of an emerging worrying variant. These are Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Saint-Martin, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Qatar, Rwanda, Senegal, Taiwan and Vanuatu.
To go to France, vaccinated people from Morocco must provide only proof of complete vaccination, in addition to the usual required documents (e.g. passport, visa). Unvaccinated people, on the other hand, must present a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours or an antigen test of less than 48 hours or a certificate of recovery, in addition to the usual required documents (e.g. passport, visa).
Vaccinated or unvaccinated people wishing to leave France for a green country must, for their part, comply with the measures in force in the country of destination.
