France Expels Danish Far-Right Activist Planning Quran Burning at Arc de Triomphe

A Danish anti-Islamic activist was expelled from France on Wednesday, November 11. He had intended to burn copies of the Quran at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe.
Ramus Paludan left Denmark for France on November 10. This 38-year-old far-right agitator, who had already been expelled from France, managed to return to French territory.
As he was about to get into his vehicle to carry out the act, this social media activist, known for his Islamophobic posts on his YouTube channel, was arrested. Recently, he smeared a copy of the Quran with pig’s blood during a live stream on YouTube. He also wrapped the Quran in bacon.
Arrested, he was placed in administrative detention on the premises of the Department of Migration Flow Control (DCFM), which is under the responsibility of the Paris Police Prefecture, before being expelled.
