Former Spanish Spy Reveals Morocco’s Alleged Plan to Annex Ceuta and Melilla by 2030

A former agent of the Spanish National Intelligence Center (CNI), Fernando San Agustín, reveals in a recent book the "Morocco 2030" plan aimed at annexing Ceuta and Melilla.
In his book entitled "The backroom of the intelligence services" (Roca Editorial), the former Spanish intelligence agent reports the confidences of an anonymous commander about a plan by Morocco to "reconquer" Ceuta and Melilla. Moroccan agents will enter the two cities by land and sea, "with Moroccan flags in one hand and the Quran in the other," explains this source, specifying that trucks, buses and vehicles will be used to "bring down the border fences and facilitate the passage of the human mass."
