Former Morocco National Team Coach Badou Zaki Takes Helm at Struggling Difaa El Jadida

A new challenge for the former coach of the national football team, Badou Zaki, who has just taken over the reins of the Difaa d’El Jadida (DHJ) team.
The announcement was made yesterday by the Doukkala club, whose leaders plan to present the new coach to the press and supporters today at 4pm, indicates the sports team, which has been facing a serious crisis since the beginning of the season and has just terminated the functions of the Frenchman Hubert Velud.
The Frenchman was unable to get the team back on track 4 months after his arrival and despite his efforts, the DHJ is still in the middle of the Botola standings, far from the performances of recent years. Yet all hopes were placed in the French technician who, thanks to his experience, had managed to win several titles with other African teams.
For his part, the former goalkeeper of the Atlas Lions has not managed to reproduce with other (Moroccan or foreign) clubs his success with the Algerian club CR Belouizdad, with which he won the Algerian Cup during the 2016-2017 season.
