Former BFMTV Anchor Admits to Corruption in Foreign Influence Scandal

After swearing, under oath, in March before the parliamentary commission of inquiry on foreign interference, that he had never received any hidden remuneration in exchange for the broadcast of erroneous or very biased information to serve foreign interests, between 2021 and 2022, without referring to his hierarchy, Rachid M’barki, former Franco-Moroccan presenter of the BFMTV night news, indicted for "passive corruption" and "breach of trust", finally confessed during his custody at the brigade for the repression of economic delinquency (BRDE).
