Fez Authorities Shut Down Caves Used for Illegal Activities After Resident Complaints

The authorities of the city of Fez have closed about ten caves in the Zlileg region. Prostitution and drug addiction were developing there.

The local authorities indeed carried out a raid on the premises, to verify whether the complaints were justified. On this occasion, they had several people who were squatting the caves and indulging in drugs, crime and prostitution arrested, reports Barlamane.com.
The Royal Gendarmerie, in collaboration with a company specializing in explosives, plans to blow up the caves in question, after having closed them, according to local sources.
