Faulty Phone Charger Sparks Dangerous Fire in Agadir Home, Highlighting Safety Risks

The use of non-compliant phone chargers is a permanent danger. A household in Agadir learned this the hard way when a terrible fire broke out on Friday evening following the explosion of a phone charger.
The fire did not result in any loss of human life, but the material damage is significant and testifies to the violence of the explosion. The tragedy was narrowly avoided on Friday evening when a mother and her daughter were surprised by the fire that broke out right next to them, after the explosion of a phone charger.
Had it not been for the vigilance of the mother, who was able to react in time despite her panic, she and her daughter would not have been able to face the horrors of the fire, reports H24infos.
The firefighters, who arrived on the scene, had to fight for several hours before they could bring the fire under control.
Recently, a survey by the UFC association showed that "out of 20 phone chargers tested, only 4 are up to standard" in France. What about Morocco, where the seizures of non-compliant phone chargers suggest that the market is flooded with counterfeits.
