Fatal Truck Collision on Agadir-Marrakech Highway Leaves 2 Dead, Causes Major Fire

Two people died in the collision between two trucks on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, on the Agadir-Marrakech highway, near the commune of Amskroud.
Two dead and as many injured on the Agadir-Marrakech highway. This is the toll of the collision between two trucks, one of which was carrying a load of flour and the other a load of hay. This impact, according to 2m.ma, would have caused a fire and the flames would have reached several cars, with a monstrous traffic jam as a consequence.
Dispatched to the scene, the Royal Gendarmerie and Civil Protection came to the aid of the injured. They were transferred to the Hassan II Regional Hospital in Agadir to receive the necessary care. Meanwhile, the bodies of the deceased were transferred to the morgue of the same hospital.
