Fatal Bus Accident in Casablanca Claims Life of Israeli Rabbi, Injures Two Others

While two tourist buses were waiting for a group of Israelis at the exit of a ceremony on Friday, November 29 in Casablanca, a serious accident occurred. One of the buses hit the Israelis, causing one death and two serious injuries.
Rabbi David Levy, an Israeli from the city of Ashdod, died on the spot and two other of his compatriots were seriously injured in this serious bus accident, reports the Israeli news agency News 12.
The tragedy occurred at the end of a ceremony organized by the grandson of a rabbi. While two tourist buses were waiting for the group of Jewish religious and business people from Israel, one of the vehicles headed towards them before hitting them, it is reported.
Arriving at the scene of the tragedy, the police arrested the drivers of the two buses. The body of Rabbi David Levy was taken to the Casablanca morgue. The two seriously injured were admitted to the nearest hospital.
The driver at fault said he had inadvertently pressed the accelerator pedal during his interrogation. For now, an investigation is underway to determine the exact causes and circumstances of this tragedy.
