European Consulates Uncover Schengen Visa Fraud Scheme in Morocco

Coordination between European consular authorities, particularly those of France, Spain, and Greece, has led to the detection of suspicious work certificates and mission orders - issued by certain companies - in Schengen visa application files. Investigations are ongoing.
Following the discovery of falsified work certificates, salary statements, and mission orders in Schengen visa application files, consultants from certain European countries are exercising vigilance. They are conducting investigations into the activities of companies behind these administrative documents used to obtain visas, reports Assabah. The work of these company owners consists of undertaking all the necessary steps and following the required procedures to ensure their companies are legal and have all the required documents, such as legal company registration and affiliation with the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).
These companies thus produce essential documents for visa applications, such as mission orders, certificates of participation in foreign trade shows or training sessions, etc. They even collaborate with intermediaries who help them recruit immigration candidates in exchange for commissions. To appear credible in the eyes of consular authorities, these companies manage to join Chambers of Commerce affiliated with European countries present in the kingdom. Through this membership, these companies forge links with businesses in the concerned countries, thus facilitating the obtaining of invitations or letters of agreement for their employees to benefit from training, internships, or participation in international trade shows.
In doing so, these companies have succeeded in offering candidates for emigration to Europe a complete file, including CNSS affiliation statement, work and salary certificate, and a foreign mission order, thus facilitating visa obtainment.
