Ericsson Expands Digital Skills Training in Morocco Through University Partnerships

Ericsson has announced the signing of protocol agreements with major Moroccan universities, in order to strengthen their partnerships in the fields of information technology skills development.
The idea of the program is to offer young talents in Morocco learning and career development opportunities, according to a company press release which states that the project is part of Ericsson’s #AfricaInMotion campaign, which aims to accelerate digital inclusion and adoption across the continent.
In this context, Ericsson will notably provide students with training and mentoring through industry specialists, as well as access to Ericsson Educate, a digital skills portal developed by Ericsson during the pandemic.
The program includes various learning paths tailored to the educational needs of the target students, and offers online courses in the fields of 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
