Education Inspector’s Ordeal: Six Hospitals Before Surgery After Road Accident

As he was returning from an inspection mission in a school located a few cables from Sidi Bennour, an inspector from the Ministry of Education was the victim of a road accident. He had to go around six hospitals before being operated on by a specialist doctor.
El Mamoune El Khalfi was accompanied by inspector Ahmed Moussaoui when the accident occurred, reports Al Ahdath Al Maghribia. The accident was caused by a loss of control of the vehicle. He is seriously injured: three fractures in the shoulder and left arm. His colleague, on the other hand, was slightly injured in the head.
Admitted to the provincial hospital in Sidi Bennour, Mr. El Khalfi could not be operated on due to the absence of a specialist doctor in bone surgery. He will be transferred to El Jadida in a clinic. He is faced with the same problem. He is forced to go to Casablanca where he toured three other clinics. Finally, he finds a specialist in a fourth clinic. The latter operated on him on Monday.
