M’diq-Fnideq Authorities Address Majority of Moroccan Expat Complaints

The local authorities of M’diq-Fnideq have dealt with no less than 19 complaints out of the 39 of Moroccans residing abroad (MREs) in 2019. More than a dozen others are in the process of being handled.
19 complaints handled, 16 others in the process of being handled. The Prefecture of M’diq-Fnideq has taken stock of the complaints of Moroccans residing abroad (MREs), during the open house days organized on the sidelines of the celebration of the National Migrant Day.
According to the data from the Prefecture of M’diq-Fnideq, 3 other complaints and grievances have been submitted to the justice system.
The open house days are intended to answer the questions and concerns of MREs, particularly in the areas of urban planning and housing.
Indeed, this initiative is part of the efforts to improve the reception conditions of MREs. Its objective is to facilitate communication between the various administrations of the Prefecture of M’diq-Fnideq and them.
For more efficiency in action, a Follow-up Cell has been set up at the Prefecture level to receive and process the requests and complaints of MREs. The administrative services of the Prefecture of M’diq-Fnideq and the external services of various departments are involved.
