US Denies Plans to Move Naval Base from Spain to Morocco

The US naval base in Rota, Spain will not be transferred to Morocco. This is the result of the telephone conversation that Jake Sullivan, US National Security Advisor, had with Emma Aparici, diplomatic advisor to the Spanish Prime Minister.
