The Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) of the Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM) unanimously decided not to distribute dividends for the 2019 fiscal year.
A first for CTM! In a press release, the road carrier indicated that this decision, taken after the opinion of the board of directors, is justified by the AGO’s concern to preserve the treasury of the board of directors in the current context.
To recall, the consolidated turnover of the CTM Group in the first quarter reached 138 million dirhams (MDH), down 5.5% compared to that achieved at the end of March 2019.
