Competition Council Denies Sanctioning Oil Companies in Fuel Price Investigation

The Competition Council has just denied the information that it had sanctioned the oil companies.
In a press release, the Competition Council stated that the deliberation process regarding the file relating to the existence of possible anti-competitive practices in the liquid fuel market is ongoing.
The Council specifies that it will make public its decision on this referral once the ongoing legal procedures are completed.
