CNN’s Richard Quest Explores Morocco’s Diverse Cultural Tapestry

British journalist Richard Quest is promoting the Moroccan destination. In an episode of his "Quest’s World of Wonder" program, broadcast on CNN International, he highlighted the assets and tourism potential of the kingdom.
In this episode, Richard reveals the multiple facets of Morocco, plunging into the effervescence of the famous Jemaa El Fna square in Marrakech, and the soothing silence of the Agafay desert. The British journalist also discovers Essaouira, a port city, symbol of the harmonious coexistence of cultures and religions.
"I am Jewish by identity, I am Berber, I am Arab, I am African, I am Mediterranean," confided to the famous CNN journalist André Azoulay, a native of the city and advisor to King Mohammed VI, whom he met at Bayt Dakira, a high place of interreligious memory.
Richard Quest also highlights Moroccan cuisine. Rather than tasting the traditional mint tea, he preferred to discover Moroccan coffee at Palais Dar el Bacha. "Here, we serve coffee using ancestral methods, without espresso machines, to rediscover the authenticity of the past," explains Taha Bouqdib, CEO of V3 Gourmet.
The host continued his journey by discovering the ancestral art of storytelling with Mohcine Touel. "When you tell a story to people, you have to be in emotional contact with them. That’s the trick..." the storyteller said. This episode selling Morocco will soon be available on the "Quest’s World of Wonder" page.
