Cher Slashes Price on Lavish Malibu Mansion to $75 Million

American singer and actress Cher is putting her Malibu mansion with Moroccan tiles back on the market at a reduced price. How much does it take to acquire it?
Cher’s mansion is back on the market. She wants to sell her villa for $75 million instead of the initial price of $85 million, a $10 million reduction, reports Mansion Global. The pop icon had acquired the property in 1989 for $2.95 million and had transformed it into an Italian-inspired villa in 1999. It is adorned with limestone and marble imported from Italy and France, hand-forged bronze doors, custom hardware and tiles from Spain and Morocco, the announcement made by Drew Fenton and Robert Kass of Hilton & Hylan specifies.
