Chelsea Makes Fresh Bid for Inter Milan’s Achraf Hakimi with Player-Plus-Cash Offer

Chelsea has not said its last word on the Achraf Hakimi case, even though many saw PSG as the winner of this unprecedented transfer. According to a source close to the case, the English club has just made a new proposal that could attract Inter Milan, which is demanding 80 million euros at the latest by the end of June.
An improved offer has been submitted by Chelsea to the Inter management, reveals Corriere dello Sport, specifying that the English giant would have offered a check of 50 million euros plus Emerson Palmieri, with the possibility of adding Davide Zappacosta, Mateo Kovacic or even Tammy Abraham to the balance.
