Casablanca Medical School to Relocate Exams for 25% of Students Amid Pandemic

To adapt to the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the education sector is active and taking strong measures. In this regard, the University Hassan II in Casablanca plans to relocate exams for 25% of students.
During a webinar with the press, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the University Hassan II in Casablanca confirmed the information on Sunday.
According to Mustapha Aboumaarouf, this decision is justified by the opening of four exam centers in El Jadida, Khouribga, Settat and Mohammadia. For the official, these students can stay at home and take the exams without having to travel to Casablanca.
Continuing his explanations, the dean specified that the protocol being established, it will be necessary to wait until July 10 to know if it should be applied or not.
Recalling that these exams concern thousands of students, he assures that they should take place "in complete safety" and under conditions "preserving their health, as well as that of the supervisors and the administrative staff". "We have taken into account the numbers and the streams and promotions. We are not taking more than 620 students per exam session and it will be three sessions per day," he added.
