Car Rental CEO Surprises Employees with €1 Million Bonus Payout in Majorca

A very nice gift from a Moroccan business owner based in Majorca, Spain. Othman Ktiri, the head of a car rental agency, has just offered all his employees an average bonus of 2,000 euros.
On December 17th, the Franco-Moroccan had organized on the lawn of the Real Majorca stadium, a club that his company sponsors, a cocktail party for some of his employees, at which he presented the "exceptional" and "historic" results of his company. He then announced that all his employees had received a ticket, asking them to check their mobile phones. A very pleasant surprise awaits his employees, who leave with an average bonus of 2,000 euros, depending on their seniority in the company.
Othman Ktiri has every reason to be proud. Starting as a simple salesman in 2005 at an automobile dealership, he is now at the head of the OK Mobility group, which claims a turnover of 300 million euros and some 450 employees.
