Brussels Teen Freestyle Footballer Becomes TikTok Sensation

By posting his freestyle football performances on social media, especially TikTok, Omar, only 19 years old, is a hit. A hobby that could become a real activity.
Just a few videos and already thousands of fans. Omar has become a real star of freestyle on TikTok, a discipline far from traditional football, but which is attracting more and more people. Omar participates in many international competitions and even holds the title of junior world champion in the discipline, reports bx1.
Tuesday afternoon, he was making videos on the Bourse square in the center of Brussels, in the company of some of his friends, from whom he sometimes receives advice to further perfect his demonstrations. "The goal is to do a little bridge. In a 3-minute demo, when you manage to do a little bridge in a competition, that means you’ve won."
Omar shares his passion on Instagram and TikTok. "The goal is to have even more people passionate about freestyle. I also try through my videos to launch football, basketball challenges, a bit of everything really." It’s a real research work behind each video posted by the young man. Each video goes through the filter of his friends before any publication, according to Mahmed Diallo. "We discuss everything. What can work or not, what to avoid so as not to be harassed. So sometimes there are videos that undergo several changes and cross-checks before publication."
Even though Omar has decided to start marketing studies, he doesn’t forget his passion for freestyle football. He plans to make it a real professional activity.
