Two British Tourists Killed in Tragic Car Crash Near Agadir, Morocco

A terrible road accident that occurred on Sunday in Agadir has claimed the lives of two British tourists. Three other people, including the driver, were seriously injured.
The vehicle carrying five British tourists veered off course before overturning, causing significant material and human damage. The roof of the vehicle was seriously damaged and the doors were torn off, as can be seen in the images of the accident shared on social media. Two passengers lost their lives and three others, including the driver, were injured.
Alerted, civil protection personnel and security forces from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) rushed to the scene and quickly extracted the victims from the car. The bodies of the two deceased tourists were transferred to the morgue of the regional hospital in Agadir. As for the more or less seriously injured, they were admitted to the emergency department of the said center.
The competent prosecutor’s office ordered the opening of an investigation to determine the causes and circumstances of this fatal accident.
